Best for account, billing, and technical questions — and the only way to send us a screenshot.

What to include when you write
Portfolio-Intel connects to live brokerage accounts, so most issues come down to a specific position, a specific account, or a specific moment in time. A few details up front usually saves a round trip:
- The email address on your account — so we can find you without guessing.
- Which broker you're connected to — tastytrade, Fidelity, or another provider.
- What you expected to see, and what you actually saw — the gap between the two is usually the whole story.
- A screenshot, if a number or a screen looks wrong. This is the single most useful thing you can send.
- Roughly when it happened — market hours matter for anything involving prices or streaming data.
A couple of things worth checking first
If you're new and wondering what the platform actually does, Why Options? walks through covered calls and cash-secured puts in plain English, and The Plan lays out how the strategy runs week to week. If you're comparing tiers, the pricing section shows what's included at each level.
